This policy is from Moosheen Studios, LLC (“we”), the maker of Pass the Remote! for Apple TV.

The short version

The Pass the Remote! app collects no data. None. Its App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.

The app

  • The app does not collect or transmit any personal information.
  • The app has no accounts, no sign-in and no user profiles.
  • The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs.
  • The games run entirely on your Apple TV. The app doesn't send anything about you or how you play to us or anyone else.
  • A few things are saved on your Apple TV only, so they're there next time: the names and avatars you give each color, Elf Archer level progress and stars, and high scores such as your Splat! all-time best. They never leave the device, and deleting the app deletes them.
  • Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We don't receive your payment details or Apple ID.

Children's privacy

Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no advertising trackers.

  • Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, without fingerprinting and without tracking you across sites. It gives us totals such as page views and the countries visitors come from.
  • Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
  • Videos: YouTube videos only load when you press play. They load from youtube-nocookie.com, and from that moment YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
  • App Store links: links to the App Store take you to Apple, whose privacy policy applies there. The links may include a campaign code that tells us which page a download came from, without identifying you.
  • Quiz mode: if you turn on quiz mode on a trivia page, your browser remembers that setting on your own device. It isn't sent to us.

Changes

If a future update ever changes any of the above, we'll update this policy before that version of the app ships or that change goes live on the website.
